While writing the post last week about every major event during Easter’s Holy Week, a new piece of circumstantial evidence was born. Let me explain:
The following picture is an example of what people see when they visit www.ThereYouAreJesus.com.
And this is an example of what the website looks like from the back-end, which is where the posts are created before publishing.
As I fully-disclose at the beginning of this post (highlighted in red), I did not personally witness any of these events. In this particular post, I am simply writing what I learn and sharing what I write as I learn it. Giving credit to the sources from which it was learned at the end of the post.
However, I added one single sentence, highlighted in blue, that I truly felt was missing from the scripture I was reading and transcribing from the Bible.
When I proofread what I had typed, I found something extra had been added, highlighted in red.
It’s a “typo”, which is a key that is hit by mistake. But here is my point, of all the characters on the keyboard that I could have hit by mistake, (103 to be exact/see photo of the actual keyboard below), but of all the characters I could have hit, I happened to hit the “+” key. The “addition” key, which also happens to look like a “cross.”
Think about what the chances are of this happening.
Of the 103 different characters on the keyboard, 21 of them are on keys that offer 2 different characters, depending upon whether or not you hit the shift key in combination with the character key.
Examining the key that caused this typo, I would have had to have used the “shift” key in combination with the “=/+” key, otherwise the typo would have been an = sign, instead of a + sign.
All without me knowing I did it.
The fact is, I didn’t do it. Yet there it was, a + sign, sitting right after the one and only sentence I interjected into scripture I was transcribing.
I think the appearance of this + sign is awesome. In light of all the other “coincidental signs of evidence”, it is absolutely clear to me how Jesus communicates, and he clearly approves of what I added.
These are the reasons why this “tiny little typo” becomes a sign from God. Evidence of Jesus interacting with us as we learn about him. Still this evidence is only “circumstantial”, not irrefutable, but circumstantial because the appearance of the + sign can be dismissed by nonbelievers as just an insignificant coincidence, having no relation to God’s approval of anything.
And for that matter, of all the evidence presented on this site, only one is “irrefutable”. Everything else is circumstantial. But even that irrefutable evidence provides a daunting challenge for me because I am the only one who witnessed it. So I have to choose what to do with this miracle and I choose to share it with you. Because I know in the end, you will see my testimony is true. I accept this challenge wholeheartedly.
When you consider the growing collection of coincidental signs I am documenting into circumstantial evidence, do you think it’s possible these might be more than just crazy coincidences?
I pray for Jesus to bless you, your family, and your friends.
Thank you,
John@ThereYouAreJesus.com
